This oppression is initiated by individuals who become receptive to demonic influence (their expressions) to gain a nation's 'will' against the Will of the Giver of life Almighty God. This is therefore a strong rejection of God's Spirit creative laws that lead toward final perfection (the purpose of God).

POLITICAL PROMOTIONS (INDUCEMENTS).
Only sons of God live outside of the demonic influences of enslavement. (Rev 13:16-18). But within the many levels of political rank among their self-exalted human subordinates, is where their innumerable schemes of inducements are contrived and administered to fulfil their purpose: To "drive others to work" at preoccupations (mental absorption) 'veiling' people away from coming to know the real reason of having a spirit in a physical body. After its creation, the body is intended to have one's spirit created, progressively sanctified in holiness by Holy Spirit from God, to the spirit image and likeness of God and His first spirit created (perfected) Son.

Political motivators, using veils of invention, through monetary incentives, flattery, and promises of political favours, seek vainglory for the lifting up of themselves above others, to acquire the glory belonging only to God (2 Thess 2:4); "publicly showing himself to be a god".

These things were prophesied about in great detail long before their fulfilment, that demons would be sent down to the vicinity of the earth and that many persons would lose everlasting spirit life because of their rebellious receptivity; through admiration of demon-ocracies (the "wild beast"), rulerships without the beneficial restraints from God contained within His laws.
