The restrainers against those men and women referred to in 2 Thessalonians 2:6 as the antichrists to be revealed before the coming Day of God, proved to be persons anointed with Holy Spirit. By our very presence, as members of the "body" of The Christ, we became a restraint against their "lying signs and portents". (2 Thess 2:9 NWT). We exposed the hateful natures of those who had come to know The Christ and offered up a vow to serve The Will of God through His Son, but who had apostatized away from The Christ. As a group, they are the antichrist, who stumbled those of The Christ's congregations referred to as "other sheep, which are not of this fold" (not of the flock of 144,000 anointed ones). (See John 10:16. Rev 7:4).

ANTICHRIST (SINNERS AGAINST HOLY SPIRIT) ARE THE "EVIL SLAVE". (Matt 24:48).
In order that the last generation of antichrists could put on their long-awaited and much desired authority in The Christ's congregations, they first had to envelop the minds of others with their "lying signs and portents". This was so that their numbers would increase sufficiently to initiate the next work of the great antichrist satan. The time finally arrived for this next stage. It was the work of ridding themselves of the last few remaining anointed restrainers alive on earth still restraining them by the authority that inhabits us, namely Holy Spirit. Ridding us by "trampling" and by ostracism, their usurpations then took place. This they did by subordinations, or alternatively, by removing those rejecting these "disgusting things" (their self-appointed unsealed 'elders' who then stood (in authority) in the Holy place), ridding us from our Holy places. They could not mislead true prospective sons of the Kingdom. The antichrists have deprived themselves of all hope.

Those who claim to be anointed but who still remain in the teachings of antichrist are now revealed before the coming Day of God as those claiming to be spiritual "Jews" but who are liars. (Rev 3:9). These, and other self-appointed 'elders', are the lying usurpers whom our Lord said will "come and do obeisance before your feet" (NWT). Obeisance, that is, before the feet of those they betrayed by the hateful dispositions they showed us (or, not doing for our Lord), ostracizing him through us, his anointed brothers. (Matt 25:41-46).

After God allowed their wilful dispositions to be made manifest at the time for them to be "revealed", what these antichrists showed was their active response according to their will, which was in their removal of our Lord's authority in his congregations. They did this either by means of acts of a dispiriting nature, or by stopping up our mouths altogether by means of ostracism, which at the time gave them a twisted sense of freedom and confidence. They even gave "gifts" (of authority) to one another and rejoiced over their success, as they and those they had subjected knew that they had shared in the successful work of converting great numbers to believe in all their publications containing "lying signs and portents". This they did among those who still claim to be members of the "little flock" while frequenting their congregations, but who are all, in reality, the "darnels" of stumbling that the angels gathered out of The Christ's Kingdom, ready for burning. (See Matt 13:36-43 NEB). They are not members of The Christ's congregations.

These antichrists twist the meanings of scriptures to bear out their "lie" and remove the authority of God's anointed sons. (e.g.) Their lying application of the words of the apostle John: "They went out from us, but they were not of our sort" (1 John 2:18, 19 NWT) belied the truth; which was that out of our response we the faithful fled from them (from the "disgusting thing" Matt 24:15-24). This writing then, contains their mystery unfolded, and the means adopted by God to reveal not only antichrists, but also His sons. The effectiveness of the "antichrist" was only in their unified force of numbers in wickedness. They have been revealed in this last generation as those who did beat their fellow slaves, and who instead of calling themselves the "evil slave" still go about calling themselves Jehovah's Witnesses.
