"FROM THIS DAY I SHALL BESTOW BLESSING".
(Haggai 2:19).

FROM WHAT ACTUAL "DAY" WILL THE "BLESSING" BEGIN?
It will begin from the very day that there is spiritual fruitage "borne" among worshippers at the "later house" of God. (Haggai 2:9). This fruitage was not among the Jews when Haggai spoke to the priests (Haggai 2:12-19) not even grain. (Deut 8:8). The glory of the "later house" will be greater.

It will be "in that day", when God is "rocking the heavens and the earth", that Jehovah shall "certainly set you as a seal ring, because you are the one whom I have chosen", namely, one who is a descendant of the man Zerubbabel (meaning: 'seed of Babylon') who led a Jewish remnant back to Jerusalem and Judah. (Haggai 2:6-23. Ezra 2:1,2. Nehemiah 7:6,7. 12:1).

The one referred to, is further described in Isaiah 10:33,34: "…And He has struck down the thickets of the forest with an iron tool, and by a powerful one Lebanon itself will fall." The "iron tool" is the "sickle", a reaping instrument for "lopping off boughs" ("high ones"). Though highly exalted, the unGodly will "become low", for the "powerful one" is The Christ Michael, cutting away such lofty ones.

The Christ "has gone up as a lion out of his thicket, and the one who is bringing the nations to ruin has pulled away; he has gone forth from his place in order to render your land as an object of astonishment." (Jer 4:7). The "thicket" is the Leo constellation.

out of sight early in August.

Lebanon is being reaped!
(Zech 11:1. Rev 14:18).

"And it must occur in that day that Jehovah will again offer His hand, a second time, to acquire the remnant of His people". (See Isaiah 11:11,12). The spiritual fruition of the Jews being 'grafted in' is next to take place. (Rom 11:23,24). Jehovah hides His people from His denunciation of "Babylon". (Isaiah 26:20,21). Highly exalted ones are the tyrant "boughs" that Jehovah is "lopping off" with a terrible crash.
