"WHAT SORT OF DAY THE LORD OF YOU IS COMING"
OR
"WHAT SORT OF WATCH THE THIEF IS COMING".
"TO BE DUG THROUGH THE HOUSE OF HIM". (Greek Translation).
In some translations of Matthew 24:43 the above statement "to be dug through the house of him" is translated as "not have let his house be broken into". (NEB). That is, broken into one's congregational house of faith, family household members of faith, and/or oneself, namely "the house of him" which is the quality of one's own faith. (See verse 44 of the Greek Interlinear Translation).
The intention and purpose of our Lord's thief-like coming is to remove all things causing stumbling. (See Subject Index under 'Stumbling Blocks'. Pages: 27/4/87, 30/4/87, 29/7/90, 16/8/90, 13/9/90, 29/11/91 8/12/91) Whether these sins are caused from without (from the wickedness of others) and/or solely from within oneself, they are all unacceptable dispositions concerning the coming Kingdom of our Lord.
During this period of the coming of our Lord, those individuals being corrected are "taken along", those who refuse correction are abandoned". (V.41 NWT). What is abandoned by the unpredictable coming of the thief, is further opportunity for future life in the Kingdom of our Lord through true faith in him.
The symbolic "householder" represents all discreet anointed "watchmen" of God. When it has arrived, the sort of day and watch can only be identified by those who are spiritually awake, who by their corrective warnings to those being inspected regarding stumbling in their faith set about exposing errors causing stumbling, in order to prevent their family household being broken into and robbed of their future lives.
Whether one is being taken along or is abandoned, this prophecy from our Lord now taking place is only in regard to those humble ones who have been trained in the faith and who are stumbling in some spirit disposition(s). After the removal of all "stumbling blocks", ("stumbling blocks" from the "evil slave" (V.48-51) who have been jealous of the last gathered anointed ones and did beat them verbally and by excommunication, and all other hypocrites and unGodly disbelievers without the requirements for entry into the Kingdom), they will not be given further opportunity through faith in our Lord, nor will they be saved by his merciful means of final corrections through his "discreet slave" (V.45) during this period or watch that we are all now living in.
All unGodly religions using the Lord's name are scripturally referred to as "harlots", because they are cunningly established mainly through women, and through men who become like women because they listen to the wickedness of such women. That is why through Micah it was said: "O you woman enemy of mine". (Micah 7:8). And in Ecclesiasticus 42:14 it is written: "Better a man's wickedness than a woman's goodness; it is woman who brings shame and disgrace."
