(Cont. from Page 27/7/84A). THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS. (1) The booths are to be used for the study of the Word of God, for reflection, and for prayer.

Where possible, festivals should be sited near
to metropolitan areas to cater for the needs of

The number of camps required in the vicinity of
a particular metropolitan area will depend

Private bathing facilities should be provided at a convenient distance from the
festival (5) Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or non-medicinal drugs will not be admitted.

Toilets with good drainage must be provided at a discreet distance from the
perimeter
(7)
Outside the camp perimeter, large tents or food
halls should be provided for the preparation
(8)
Provision must be made outside the camp for those suffering from malnutrition
and/or poverty
(9)
No animals will be permitted within the camp area, and no vehicles or animals
will be (10) Safe lighting and loudspeakers should be installed in the vicinity of all tents where necessary.

For those attending the festival, sheltered
facilities must be provided for sleeping, washing, (12) If families are to be housed in tents, the tents should have integral sewn-in groundsheets. (13) All children must have an adult in attendance at all times.

Provision must be made for the day care of
babies and young children to allow adult

Before the commencement of a spiritual festival
