JOEL. (4). THE FULFILMENT. (2:1).

HOW WE HIS "LOCUSTS" PROCLAIMED WAR.
The command has been issued to His "mighty nation" (1:6), to all faithful anointed sons of God to issue His proclamation: "Sanctify war! Arouse the powerful men!" This proclamation of Joel 3:9 by sanctified "locusts" of God (Rev 9:3,4) is to arouse the "powerful men" now occupying the spiritual "land" of God (masquerading as spiritual "Jews" without the seal of God) (Rev 3:9) and the "weak" ones (their subordinates) for the war all those who "sold" faithful anointed ones to the nations ("Greeks". 3:6) to remove them from, and to apportion out, their spiritual "land". (3:2).

So we His sanctified "locusts" proceeded to set those falsely claiming to be of the "vine" of God as an "object of astonishment". We proclaim denunciations from God against those falsely claiming to be of His spiritual "land". We "devour" apostate teachings of demons in the "land" and have "stripped it bare" and "thrown [it] away". That it has been despoiled will cause them to lament. (1:7-9). This is necessary to secure the release of "captive ones". (3:1). We had to "come up into [God's] land" (Rev 11:12. 1:6) to receive heavenly knowledge of why "the droves of cattle have wandered in confusion" and "the droves of the sheep have been the ones made to bear guilt". (1:18). Consequently: "Upon the wing of disgusting things there will be the one causing desolation; and until an extermination, the very thing decided upon will go pouring out also upon the one lying desolate." (Dan 9:27). "Upon the wing" is the work of His anointed "locust" army, to pour out denunciations from God upon the "disgusting thing" "standing in a holy place" (Matt 24:15); upon those without God's seal of approval to administer from a holy place. These are the disgusting things "lying desolate".

We get into their "houses" like thieves. And as their false 'luminaries' become "dark", their false "heavens" are rocked. (2:7-10). The wilfulness of their "powerful men" is exposed as to their motivation, intent, and jealousy. When Jehovah reverses the fortunes of spiritual "Judah" and "Jerusalem", these false 'luminaries' who caused their members to "wander in confusion" will also have their fortunes reversed: Their spirits will experience confusion, and as subjects of "Jehoshaphat" will be slaughtered by one another. (For the principle, see: 2 Chron 20:1-29) (Joel 3:12). Jehovah Himself has made known His intentions through His Holy Word as revealed to His anointed "locusts" by Holy Spirit: "And out of Zion Jehovah Himself will roar, and out of Jerusalem He will give forth His voice." (3:16). But when the Spirit of The Lord's Judgement is poured out upon all mankind, for those that have not been gathered to Him through faith it will be truly fear-inspiring.

Those contesting* against the work of anointed "locusts" of God, His sanctified "mighty nation", turn their demonic devices into weapons of war against the judicial decisions of God (3:10) and are thereby gathered to the valley of The Lord's Judgement. Because of their* spiritual violence to the sons of "Judah", their* "land" will become a desolate waste. The very purpose of the spiritual "land" of God immortality is cut off from them.

JEHOVAH, "THE CUP CAUSING REELING"
WE HAVE "DRAINED OUT". (Isaiah 51:17).

THE OUTCOME.
Those guilty of wilful crimes against the spiritual "land" of God's beloved people and the outcome of this during His fear-inspiring day has all been prophesied; particularly in the books of Joel, Amos, and Zechariah. They will experience "a famine, not for bread, and a thirst, not for water, but for hearing the words of Jehovah." (Amos 8:11,12. Joel 1:5). For having shown hatred to anointed brothers of Christ, the "house of David" will also wail over him "as in the wailing over an only son". (Zech 12:10). As only true anointed sons of God know just how awe-inspiring it is to receive Spirit outpourings from God, how will mankind endure the imminent outpouring of His Spirit of Judgement? (2:11).
