CELEBRATING THE FESTIVALS OF TABERNACLES OF SPIRITUAL THINGS -- WHEN?
These spiritual festivals will not begin on earth until the last of the plagues referred to in Revelation chapter 15:1 are consummated. The last of which it says: "And the seventh one poured out his bowl upon the air". (Rev 16:17). After its completion, God begins His rule (Rev 11:15-19). Then the sanctuary in heaven is opened. (V.19).

Presently, there is much concern among nations about the air that we breath, but as yet no noticeable "poured out" effects of God's anger "upon the air".

SANCTUARY:  A holy place. A building or place set apart for the worship of God.
The HOLY PLACE including the Holy of Holies.

It is from the heavenly sanctuary of God that mankind on earth will 'see' the ark of his covenant. Therefore it is believed that the proper time to celebrate the festivals of Tabernacles would be when the seven plagues of God have come to a finish. This is also when God begins His rule as prophesied. But the preparations for these festivals to take place should now be put in place, especially so now that we have the "tent of witness" (Rev 15:5) of the previous six angers of God having already taken place. Toward this end, the "first things" (the physical and spiritual requirements) have been written up, and are part of the manuscript of the "Little Scroll" of Revelation Ch.10; in which we are commanded: "You must prophesy again with regard to peoples and nations and tongues and many kings". (Rev 10:11 NWT).

TABERNACLE: Fixed or movable habitation usually of slight construction.
                 Place of public worship. Figuratively, human body.
