THE JUDGEMENT OF DANIEL 7:26.
WHEN? AGAINST WHOM?

"…for three years and half a year the saints shall be handed over to him. Then* the court of Justice shall sit, and his dominion shall be taken away, to be destroyed and ended for all time". (From Dan 7:25,26 Moffatt).

"And the Court itself proceeded to sit, and his own rulership they finally took away, in order to annihilate [him] and to destroy [him] totally". (Dan 7:26 NWT).

THE JUDGEMENT OF THE COURT -- AGAINST WHOM?
(According to the Scriptures in the "time" (year) of the end).

This judgement accords with behaviour of individuals toward the heavenly Kingdom of God and its heirs (Christ's Spirit anointed brothers still alive on earth) during the almost complete 3½ year period that God's Kingdom members were handed over to satan and his followers now standing in authority in a holy place, and after their removal of the "constant feature" of God's anointed witnesses on earth. This judgement is also upon those obeying these usurpers as part of the "disgusting thing"; namely, their subordinate members described in Matthew 24:10-12, 15.

WHEN WILL IT TAKE PLACE?
Unlike earthly courts, Judgement from Almighty God by His Christ is perfect in Justice. And it will be this way after satan's rulership (through composite members of his "disgusting thing") has run its course, when the prophesied Judgement takes away their dominion for all time. This judgement will be commensurate with the living evidence of those now standing in authority in the holy place (as unsealed 'elders') fulfilling Daniel 12:2, and is after January 19^th 1979 when the 3½ year period ends. For they are the only disgusting thing profaning the sanctuary of God (the holy place) on earth. As it is only for a period of 3½ years that satan has power over God's Kingdom heirs on earth, it is during this period* that the Heavenly Court of God sits in judgement. (Dan 7:26). For Jesus has said, "just as I hear, I judge". (John 5:30).

satan would certainly not be allowed to rule for an extended term of office such as the 56 years or so intimated by covenant-leavers calling themselves Jehovah's Witnesses, teaching that the prophesied 3½ year period ended in March 1922! For this to be true, it would mean that the sanctuary of God has already been restored (Dan 8:14), judgement upon satan to annihilation has already been carried out, and Daniel 7:27 fulfilled, which clearly states that the Kingdom of God and all rulerships under heaven are given to the holy ones of the Supreme One. Of course, to date these things have certainly not been fulfilled.

DURING THE 3½ YEAR PERIOD.
(1) Followers of satan have authority over all loyal anointed ones (the "holy place" on earth).

(2) Those standing in authority in the holy place fulfil their intention of changing the times and law
of God.

(3) In these ways they harass continually the holy ones ("other sheep" are not holy ones).
(See further explanation on Page 856 of the "Little Scroll").

AFTER THE 3½ YEAR PERIOD.
(4) The dominion of satan and his people, all those who stood in the holy place during
the designated 3½ year period, are annihilated.

(5) God's Kingdom and all rulerships on earth will serve and obey holy ones.
The sanctuary of God will then be restored.

(6) Those who removed the "constant feature" (God's anointed sons) and ruled in their place
will be awakened to the knowledge that they are to receive reproaches and be an indefinitely
lasting abhorrence before God and His people. (Dan 12:2).

(7) The final determination of satan's claim to sovereignty over mankind through those of his
choosing (without God's Spirit) will have been defeated.
