THE IDENTITY OF "THE DISGUSTING THING"
OF MATTHEW 24:15,16 NOW SIGHTED.

"Therefore, when you catch sight of the disgusting thing that causes desolation, as spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in a holy place, (let the reader use discernment,) then let those in Judea begin fleeing to the mountains". (Matthew 24:15,16 NWT) (See also Daniel 11:29-31).

"And they will certainly put in place the disgusting thing that is causing desolation". (Daniel 11:31).

How can those in spiritual "Judea" today flee for their lives from something spiritually unclean before God, as in the past 'shadow' of the recent reality? The answer is by complete disassociation. (See the past 'shadow' in 1 Maccabees 1:41-64 of the Apocrypha NEB).

Those of "Judea" today are of the spiritual "Israel" of God, the remaining ones of the "seed". (Rom 9:6. 2:28,29). Those men who take hold of the righteous "garments" of these faithful "Jews" today in fulfilment of Zechariah 8:23 and Revelation 7:9 are those that have given support to these spiritual "Jews" that exercise Elijah's spirit, under The Christ. (2 Kings 10:11,15-17) (Jeremiah 35:19).

You are already fleeing, if:
(1) You have taken hold of the righteous and faithful "skirt" of a spiritual "Jew" in scriptural obedience, one who is a "Jew" by Spirit (Zech 8:23. Rom 2:28,29) instead of the skirt of members of the "disgusting thing".

(2) You have given support in clearing these false priests out from the spirit "soil" of "Israel" today, as they did for Mattathias. (1 Maccabees 2:19-22, 45-48 of the Apocrypha NEB).

FLEEING FROM FALSE PRIESTS (THE "DISGUSTING THING" CAUSING DESOLATION) IN SOME OF CHRIST'S CONGREGATIONS TODAY.
(Daniel 11:30,31).

Flee if you recognize the "disgusting thing" as:
(1) Proceeding from those leaving the covenant by apostate teachings and treachery toward their brothers; as demonstrated by the Jew at Modin. (1 Maccabees 2:23,24 Apocrypha NEB).

(2) Those who stand up (rule) with unclean sacrifices in place of the "sanctuary" class as so‑called 'elders' (in the place of sealed elders) in The Christ's congregations today.

Any man that promotes himself by attempting to serve as an underpriest at the spiritual "altar" of God without being anointed by God to do so, is a "disgusting thing" before God. But those servants of God with humility and the right heart condition know who are anointed spiritual "Jews", and where and how to flee to these "mountains".

"Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time?" (Matt 24:45).
