The warring nature of the "disgusting thing" and their supposed spiritual 'insight' is rotting away. Their confusion has begun because of putting their faith in the 'new arrangement' of JWs (of their own making) not of God's doing! Instead of light they are between their first faith and their newfound darkness, as revealed by denunciations.

Anointed ones on earth divided.

No spiritual light to 'see', no further enlightenments from God's Word for those within "Israel" but coming against heavenly "Jerusalem" -- only denunciations.

At the end of Jehovah's day there will be spiritual light for remaining ones.

But a period of Jehovah's day of warring.

(V.15) The "domestic animals" are symbolic for this sect's means of communication, transporting JW literature to their congregational camps of spiritistic book studies and meetings; which will also rot and "prove to be, like this scourge".

(V.16,17) Those who are left of these that came against "Jerusalem" must be cleansed at the "festival of the booths" by the true meanings of the scriptural countermeasures against their sins. Symbolically speaking, as being placed before the altar; namely the thin plates and widemouthed cooking pots (See Page 824B), before anyone can place their "gifts" at the altar of God. Those who refuse to be cleansed in spirit will not receive refreshment in their spirit ("pouring rain").

(V.18,19) The "family of Egypt" (members of Christendom) will be punished for their sins and for refusing to come up to the festival of booths. These multitudinous gatherings are for those that sinned against the "Jerusalem above", against its earthly members, and therefore against God. Among them are those who say they are spiritual "Jews" but are liars. (Rev 3:9).

(V.20) "Holiness belongs to Jehovah!" and not to those present at these gatherings. This will be the main teaching, also symbolised by the fact that before His "altar" --between God and mankind-- there will be the true reasons why Almighty God wants them present: For the "bowls" are to be placed "before", and not upon, the "altar"; where "gifts" may be placed after one's spirit cleansing.

Concerning these who curse God, it is written: ""Will earthling man rob God?  But you are robbing Me." And you have said: "In what way have we robbed You?" "In the tenth parts and in the contributions." These understandings are the "tenth parts", which you have not contributed to the complete whole of His Word, for and before the people, O' priests calling yourselves His witnesses!  So: "With the curse you are cursing Me, and Me you are robbing -- the nation in its entirety." (Mal 3:8,9 NWT).

To date, these things have not been taught at JW Conventions because they are concerning the "restoration"; and the scourging of judgement is still going on.

"'And they will certainly make spoil of those who had been making spoil of them, and plunder those who had been plundering them,' is the utterance of the Lord Jehovah". (From Ezekiel 39:10 NWT).

Yes, and it will be, "for the purpose of cleansing the land, for seven months". (Ezek 39:12).

THE UNDERSTANDING.
This Israel is spiritual "Israel", and what the members of "Israel" are to bury is spiritual uncleanness existing in their "spiritual land". The time we are given for this work will be seven months.
