Now imagine three 'brothers' having the same name, though not related, concerning whom a congregation had sent letters to recommend them for positions of oversight (in the way it is done by the sect of JWs today). Two of these 'brothers' were appointed, one was not. When replying to the congregation as to whom they had appointed, how could they convey or distinguish between those they had appointed from him they had not. Again, how do you think reference to the individuals concerned could be made? This example has been given to prove that those recommending today are also those appointing. And in all cases, they do not have the spiritual qualifications to do so. (2 Cor 3:1). Any man that is appointed to a position of oversight in one of Christ's congregations can only be one who has an anointing by Spirit from God, and who has attained to the qualifications of Titus 1:6-9. Such ones have the qualifications to appoint others to positions of oversight in like manner. This is in accord with the faith they share in common with all the chosen ones. (Titus 1:4). And it is Jehovah who teaches them to become members of His government. |

The priests of today cannot offer up the same sacrifices as the Aaronic priesthood did, but will offer up spiritual sacrifices in the heavenly government of God. Their work now is to "declare abroad the excellencies" of God. |

"Therefore, to the older men among you I give this exhortation, for I too am an older man like them and a witness of the sufferings of the Christ, a sharer even of the glory that is to be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God in your care, not under compulsion, but willingly; neither for love of dishonest gain, but eagerly; neither as lording it over those who are God's inheritance, but becoming examples to the flock. And when the chief shepherd has been made manifest, you will receive the unfadable crown of glory." (1 Peter 5:1-4 NWT). |
Peter conveys that "older men" (elders) are sharers in the glory that is to be
revealed, "the unfadable crown of glory", which is incorruptible everlasting
life, to which they are called. (1 Peter 1:3,4). |

The words of Jesus to the angel of the congregation in Revelation 3:9 are addressed to anointed ones alive on earth during the "Lord's day". (Rev 1:10). They certainly are not directed to any anointed ones in Christendom, for there are none there. (James 4:4). Those who are saying they are "Jews" but are lying must therefore be acting the part (for they do not have the "seed" of God's Holy Spirit) by the impression they give in the things they say and do before others. Further, Jesus has said he will "make them (the liarsl) come and do obeisance before your feet and make them know I have loved you". Obeisance is the expression of submission to those who truly are spiritual "Jews". By Jesus making these liars know that he has loved only those who truly are "Jews", why would he make the liars come and do obeisance to them if they are to be destroyed afterwards? Their submission before the feet of Jesus' brothers is evidence of their guilt, that they had been acting as "Jews", that in the final period of time they would be made (by Jesus) to realise who are those anointed and appointed to teach his directions. For the false religious leaders today in Christendom are corrupt beyond repentance, and confirmed "drunkards" with the blood of the holy ones. (Matt 24:49) (Rev 17:6). These liarsl have become so by adulterating themselves with that false prophetess (the works and deeds of Jezebel's "children" today) and are of the "synagogue of satan" while they remain in "her" teachings.
