GATHER WHAT AGAIN?

To make space for sectarian apostate teachings, certain words and their meanings are changed or new words inserted. The following is evidence of this method being adopted to help give credence to past and present false claims by the sect calling themselves Jehovah Witnesses that they are the Kingdom administration of God on earth. In this particular case, those falsely calling themselves witnesses of God have inserted the word 'AGAIN' :

Translation (1): "Into house administration of the fullness of the appointed times, to head up the all (things) in the Christ, the (things) upon the heavens and the (things) upon the earth; in him". (From Ephesians 1:10 of the Greek Interlinear Translation, by Westcott & Hort 1881. Note that only in the revised edition (1948) was the word 'AGAIN' inserted).

Translation (2): "Order it in the fullness of the ages that all things in heaven and earth alike should be gathered up in Christ" (Eph 1:10 Moffatt).

Translation (3): "...he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth." (Eph 1:10 RSV).

Translation (4): "...for an administration at the full limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together AGAIN in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth". (Eph 1:10 New World Bible Translation Committee (1969) revising Westcott & Hort).

The inserted word 'AGAIN' in the latter revised Translation (4) is imposed into this translation from Translation (1) and is a superfluous gloss. It is a misrepresentation of Paul's inspired words and intended meaning. The additional word 'AGAIN' implies that the Divine Kingdom purpose of God had already taken place previously, and is to take place 'AGAIN'.

On Page 1005 of the JW's book 'Aid to Bible Understanding' they further state:
'This means, then, that... his rule, that his special "administration" to "gather all things together AGAIN in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth", has now accomplished its purpose. -1Cor 15:28; Eph 1:9,10. It therefore appears that he 'turns the kingdom over to his Father' particularly in the sense of being able to present to his Father a sin-free earth, all its inhabitants once AGAIN completely submissive to his Father's sovereign will'.

It 'has now accomplished its purpose... in the sense of being
able to present to his Father a sin-free earth'?    --   Really?

(Point 1): There is no spiritual and/or physical evidence among peoples or nations on earth that
                 they are sin - free.

(Point 2): Therefore explanations by this sect of the "appointed times" of God also prove false.

The reason for their erroneous statements distributed in their literature is as follows:
satan offers glory as a bribe for the promotion of sects to war against the work of Christ and his people on earth. So those warring accept satanic glory. (Dan 11:39). "He is set in opposition and lifts himself up over everyone who is called "god" or an object of reverence so that he sits down in the temple of The God, publicly showing himself to be a god. (2 Thess 2:4). These are apostates and part of the composite "man of lawlessness". (2 Thess 2:3). See also the JW's book 'True Peace & Security -- From What Source?', P.73-76 of their visioning (Dan 11:14), which declares that the "appointed times" began in the autumn of 607 BCE and ended in the autumn of 1914 CE; thereby declaring themselves as Christ's administration since 1914. This is the real reason for their insertion of the word 'AGAIN' in their false revision of Ephesians 1:10.

It has been made known through the anointed congregation of God by Christ that the 'putting in place' and the 'catching sight' of  the "disgusting thing" of the sect of JWs "standing in a holy place" ("Holy place": Anointed members of the congregation of God, "trampled" on by members of the "disgusting thing") was at the end of the "appointed times" of Gentile domination. It is to be followed by the administration of these gathered members of Christ (the things of the heavens) to gather the things on the earth. ( Eph 1:10. Matt 24:15. Dan 11:31) (See Pages 849, 858, and 879). Therefore, the things of the heavens that are created, are subjected sons of God. The things on the earth, are people to be subjected (created).
